STA-LOK
The STA-LOK brand has been built on the reputable design of high-quality, stainless steel rigging fittings, hardware and wire rope.
Their first product, the self-fit terminal, launched in the 1970s and today the company manufacture an extensive range of hardware in the UK, from swage terminals to turnbuckles.
The STA-LOK system is a simple mechanical method of terminating 1x19, 7x7, 7x19 and compacted strand wire ropes.
All terminals can be installed using hand tools and can be used for right and left hand lay, stainless steel wire rope from 3 mm - 26 mm.
Rope is available on 100, 200 and 300-metre reels and conforms to international standards. All wire is certified and fully traceable, in line with their quality systems and ISO 9001 accreditation.

SELF-FIT TERMINALS
The STA-LOK self-fit terminal will work under constant loading and variable shock loading. The termination is stronger than the rated breaking load of the wire rope. The STA-LOK terminal has proven to be reliable and re-usable (just a new wedge is required).
INSULATORS
STA-LOK insulators have proven to be an effective and reliable method of converting yacht backstays into radio antenna. The main body of the insulator consists of a stainless steel assembly which is embedded in a black weather-proof nylon moulding, designed to exceed the breaking load of the backstay.
Please note, insulators should not be used with hydraulic backstay adjustors. Yacht rigging and insulators should also be inspected, checked and maintained regularly.
SWAGE TERMINALS
Stainless steel swage terminals are designed for use with 1x19, 7x7, 7x19 and compacted strand stainless steel wire rope and can be installed using all types of swaging machines. Designed with 10 x D hole depths for greater grip and high breaking loads. A wide selection of products have been developed to suit all masts, spreaders and chainplates.
BRONZE TURNBUCKLES
All turnbuckles are forged and machined from high strength bronze alloy. The aerodynamic design of these turnbuckles provides one of the strongest and most elegant bronze turnbuckles in the market today. Available with 1/4″ – 3/4″ UNF threads.
