Tef-Gel launched in 1998 and provide a high viscosity lubricant which is applied to fastenings, fittings and electrical connectors in corrosive environments.

The waterproof, UV resistant, anti-seize gel ensures protection of assembled hardware and stops corrosion between dissimilar metals.

Their products are ideal when attaching stainless steel fittings to an aluminium mast or boom and the lubricant doesn’t break down in salt water or detergents.

Tef-Gel is available in syringes, calking gun cartridges and tubs with a brush applicator.

The paste contains 40% PTFE powder and no volatile solvents or silicones, which would leave voids for electrolytes to be drawn into creating a galvanic cell.
